Cancellation |

Upon cancellations made by Trouble Free Holiday due to foreseen circumstances and due to matters beyond our control, clients may be entitled to a refund.
Requests made by the client for refund due to late arrival, illness or matters having no connection with Ahsly may not be met.

ACETES TRAVEL''S RESPONSIBILITIES |
|
Acetes Travel responsibilities only start as of the moment that both parties, Ahsly Travel and the customer, have agreed upon the proposed services and prices.
|
|
 |
A. Hotel Reservations : |
|

A.
Hotel Reservations : (also for Spa, Golf and Winter Sport Resorts)
(a) It is the
duty of Acetes Travel to arrange for hotel rooms as per customers request
(room type, check-in and check-out dates, accommodation, number of
persons staying in the room, facilities requested when available, spa
and/or golf resorts) and to confirm - in as long as the requested hotel
is available for the requested period - this reservation as such to the
customer and to inform the customer when the chosen hotel is not
available or does not dispose of the requested services/facilities.
(b) Acetes
Travel cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy between the hotel
description given in the website and the reality as the hotel
descriptions have been reported exactly as given to Acetes Travel by the
hotel’s management or as printed in the hotel’s brochure or official
hotel guide.
(c) Hotels have the full freedom to :
• Organize
animation and/or activities (Live Music, Turkish Nights, open buffet
meals...) at their own convenience. Generally these animations are not
available in Winter season and Low Summer season (April and October) and
completely depending on the number of guests in the hotel;
• Charge fees for any activity proposed such as water sports, beach
facilities, special dinners, safes in room or at reception,...
Hence the above services and/or activities and their prices cannot be
controlled nor guaranteed by Acetes Travel

B. Transfers Reservations : |
|

(a)
It is the duty of
Ashly Travel to arrange for the transfers as per customers request (Vehicle
according to number of passengers, meeting location, date and time and
arrival place) and to confirm this reservation as such to the customer.
The maximum number of passengers per vehicle stated in Ashly Travel’s
website cannot be overcrowded unless with 1 child under 6.
(b) Ashly
Travel cannot be held responsible for facts of third parties nor for
traffic (air-sea-road) delays which may occur in cancellation of the
transfer or which may create extra charges. Indeed Ashly Turizm will
always have the delay confirmed by the concerned transporter (air-sea-road)
and allow cancellation of the transfer only after a delay of minimum two
hours or non-presence of the customer on the next passengers list,
whatsoever the means of transportation.
(c) Nor
can Ashly Travel be held responsible when such a delay caused the
cancellation or delay of a next service such as missing a connection,
cancellation of an overnight in hotel nor for the extra charges
resulting from this delay. |

C. Ferry Tickets Reservation |

(a)
It is the
duty of Acetes Travel to arrange for the ferry tickets as per customers
requests (harbor of departure and arrival, date and time of sailing,
number of passengers) and to confirm these tickets – in as long as the
requested departure and arrival harbors have a common ferry line – to
the customer.
(b) Acetes
Travel cannot be held responsible for the facts of third parties nor for
delays or cancellations of the ferry journey (by the company or due to
meteorological conditions). |

D. Air Tickets |

(a)
It is the duty of
Acetes Travel to arrange – in as far as seats are available – as per
customers request (airport of departure and arrival, dates of flights,
number of passengers, seat class) and to confirm these in due time.
(b) Acetes
Travel cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellation of flights
nor for any refunds or no-show charges – if at all – for which the sole
decision holder will be the chosen air carrier and eventually the other
concerned third parties.
(c)
It is also Acetes Travel’s right to request ID or student cards copies
for file when Youth, Student or Senior passengers will enjoy any
reduction in this respect

E. Rent A Car |

(a)
It is the duty of Acetes Travel – as per customer’s
request – to confirm (in as far as the car is available) and to arrange
that the chosen car type or equivalent category be delivered at the
place, date and time given by the customer.
(b) AcetesTravel cannot be held responsible
for any discrepancy between the car description and the delivered car.
Though it will be Acetes Travel’s duty to make sure that an equivalent
car is being delivered. Nor can Acetes Travel be held responsible for car
defects.
(c) Traffic fines are completely at charge
of the customer as well as charged occurred for reparations not covered
by the Full Insurance Package such as windshields and tires.
(d)
For car rentals in Greece, the followings are applicable :
- To take the
rental car on a ferry, a prior authorization will have to be requested
to the agency (this will be handled upon request of the customer by
Acetes Travel);
- An extra delivery charge will be accounted for any delivery/drop-off
at the Athens airport;
- An extra "Night Delivery" charge will be accounted for delivery/drop-off
at any Greek airport between 21:00 and 08:00 hours

All stated prices in our website are calculated as per below
• In hotel rooms : per person over 12 years of age for occupancy of
the room by two adults minimum unless otherwise stated
• Ferry & Airfares : per person over 12 years of age
• Rental car : per car per day
• Transfers : per vehicle per one-way or return transfer.
Further pricing :
• For the occupancy of a hotel room by
one single adult (over 12 years of age), generally a 50% or 60% is to be
added to the given prices
• For the occupancy of a hotel room by a third adult (over 12 years of
age), a reduction of 20% to 40% is generally granted to this third adult
only.
• Children reductions may vary according to the age of the child, the
number of children in the room and the number of adults in the room.
However, we have stated these rules for each hotel separately when
children share their room with at least two adults (over 12 years of age).

PROCEDURES AND SERVICES |

Upon
acceptance of the proposed services and prices by Acetes Travel, all
reservations will be sent by fax or e-mail to Acetes Travel with all
necessary information (as per the proposed reservation forms in Acetes
Travel’s website). Acetes Travel will confirm the service(s) according to
the given information within the shortest delay in as far as the
confirmation by the third party has been given
• At the latest one week before the actual beginning of the first
service, the customer will reconfirm all requested services with Acetes
Travel and confirm necessary information to Acetes Travel (flight and/or
ferry details, estimated arrival time... not booked via Acetes Travel)
• In case of children reductions, it is the right of Acetes Travel to ask
for ID or passport photocopies in order to have proof of children age,
especially for air carriers and international ferries.
• In case of transfer, on their arrival at the airport or harbor,
customers will recognize Acetes Travel’s representative on the board with
the company’s logo and the mention of the customer’s name. |

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS |
|

Modifications (except cancellations) are acceptable up to seven days in
April, May and October, 14 days in June, July, August and September (excepted
for Spa and Golf packages : 21 days over the whole year) before the
originally planned arrival date.
• If a customer is to cancel, this should be advised to Acetes Travel at
the latest seven days in low season and fourteen days in high season (ie,
between June 15th and September 15th) or three week for Spa and Golf
packages before the originally planned arrival date.
• If a customer did not cancel before the originally planned arrival
date or after the given option periods above, a "no-show" fee of three
nights'' accommodation will be charged, unless the customer can deliver a
certificate proving an impossibility such as illness, professional
reasons or trespassing of a relative (till the second degree) and
depending on the goodwill of the concerned third party |
